Abdyika is a winery in southwestern Bulgaria, founded in 2005 with a passion for creating distinctive, high-quality wines.

Located close to the Greek border in the Struma Valley – the historic home of the Melnik grape – the vineyard is surrounded by four snow-capped mountain ranges, creating a truly unique microclimate and ideal conditions for winemaking.

The Abdyika vineyard is cared for by a dedicated team of experienced vineyard workers whose knowledge and skills have been passed down through generations. Every stage of the work is carried out with great care – from pruning and thinning to harvesting – with each individual vine receiving the attention it deserves.
