Park Hotel i Linköping
A Hotel Full of Heart and Warmth in a Historic Setting.
Park Hotells historia
From Railway Hotel to Linköping’s Fawlty Towers
Park Hotel in Linköping was built in 1888, around the same time the railway arrived in the city. Originally established as a railway hotel, staff would meet arriving travellers at the nearby station and welcome them to the hotel.
Park Hotel has remained a hotel ever since, making it one of the oldest hotels in Linköping. Over the years, it has had several different owners and has been carefully renovated and developed while preserving its historic character and charm.
Since 2004, Park Hotel has been owned by the Jonsson family. Today, it is run by siblings Marcus and Sophie Jonsson, together with their wonderful team – continuing the hotel’s long tradition of warm, personal hospitality.
PARK HOtElL TODAY
We’ve Renovated the Hotel While Preserving Its Cosy, Historic Charm.
We have given the hotel our own unique character, drawing inspiration from different historical periods. We have also been inspired by the iconic British comedy series Fawlty Towers, which has influenced the British theme that runs throughout the hotel.
Everyone at Park Hotel is dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We believe it’s the little things that make the biggest difference, and we always strive to go the extra mile to make every guest feel truly welcome and well cared for.
